Casa Sud Villa

Overlooking Lombok’s breathtaking Selok Belanak beach, this interior residential project is located on top of a hill surrounded by wild buffalos. Our furnishing direction directly responded to the project’s location, which is abundant in natural beauty and culture while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We were commissioned to combine rustic modern design principles with accents of Indonesian culture. Characterized by its textural qualities, the interior design comprises custom rustic furniture with natural fibers, raw wood, and collections of antique objects and sculptures across Bali and Lombok. To pay homage to the buffalos that would often visit the poolside view, a buffalo bell is displayed on the wall to honor the location.
